Introduction
The FLN36 SF6 gas-insulated load break switch is a double fracture rotary switch that uses sulfur hexafluoride gas as the insulating and arc quenching medium, suitable for 7.2-24kV distribution system XGN15-12 RMU. Each load break switch is filled with SF6 gas in pressure of 0.4bar and the gas is permanently sealed.

Structure
The FLN36 is a SF6 gas-insulated two or three-position (two-position: close, open, three-position: close, open, earth) Load break switch (switch disconnector) for medium voltage switchgear within secondary distribution networks (such as Ampower-XGN15, Schneider-SM6). All electrically active parts, including the earthing switch, are in robust epoxy resin housing filled with SF6 (1.4 bar).
There are two types of operating mechanism, the single spring device(K type) and the double spring device with fuse tripping button (A type). Electric operation can be added to both types of operating mechanism, the electric operating voltage can be AC220V, DC220V, DC48V, DC24V.
Auxiliary switch on electric operation mechanism:
Closing position: 2 normally open -2 normally closed (2NO+2NC)
Opening position: 2 normally open -2 normally closed (2NO+2NC)
Earthing position: 2 normally open -2 normally closed (2NO+2NC)
Above Auxiliary switch contacts are standard, if you need more contacts, please specify it when ordering.
