Circuit Breaker Trucks(CB Trucks)
The 12kV-40.5kV circuit breaker truck is mainly used for mounting components such as circuit breakers, VT/CT transformers, Fuse etc. by withdrawable switchgears. It allows the components to run in
and run out, facilitating their connection with the busbar. Our circuit breaker truck is interchangeable with ABB-VD4 /Schneider-EV12S, HVX, Evolis / Siemens-SION, 3AE, 3AH,3AV3 / Ampower-TAV etc,
and able to be interchanged with similar products.
Our circuit breaker truck can be operated by manual and electric. By increasing electric operating functions and control modules, the circuit breaker truck enables the medium voltage switchgear to be
intelligent, programmable, and remote controllable. The control modules of the circuit breaker truck can be mounted horizontally and directly on the original withdrawable circuit breaker truck without
changing dimensions and interlock functions of the manual chassis. It is easy to switch between manual and electric operation.
There are two control modules available for selection to meet different customer needs. Manual and electrical operations can be easily and automatically switched between each other by remote control.
Preventive voice reminding function: to prevent misuse in test and operation. Micro switches are available for testing and working positions.

Note: Our circuit breaker truck has five locking plates for selection, the standard locking plates is 8XS.141.012.2. If you need other type locking plates, please specify it when you order.

Control Modules for Electric Circuit Breaker Trucks
The electric circuit breaker truck provides a driving solution, but to control and protect the electric circuit breaker truck is only possible with appropriate control device.
To meet customers’ requirements, we developed two types of control modules with different functions.The control module has the following features:
1. Adapt to basic control over the run-in and run-out of circuit breaker truck, as well as interlock with circuit breaker and earthing switch.
2. With motor over-current protection, and the over current can be adjusted.
3. Over-current return function:in the case of over-current, the motor can return to the test position, or return by half circle.
4. Overtime protection: if no truck-in-place signal is detected by the control module within the set time, the running will automatically stop.
5. The control module is installed in the low voltage control room of the medium voltage switchgear.

Outline Dimension of Control Modules
Door Interlock function of CB Trucks
1. CB Truck DPC-4-[ ]/G5
This CB truck only adds the function of closing operation. It means that the CB Truck can be operated only when the cabinet door is closed, which doesn't need to change
the cabinet door.
2. CB Truck DPC-4-[ ]/S5
This CB truck adds the lock function based to option 1. It means when the CB truck leave the testing position, cabinet door is locked, and can't be opened. Only when back
to the testing position, the cabinet door can be opened, which needs to change the cabinet door.
